The simple answer is that when the HEAD of that very certain ORGANISATION  happened to betrayed his/ her immediate comrades who have been owning the cause of the struggle together with him or her. for instance the living examples is the Ugandan President M7, Gen.Salva Kiir of South Sudan and eventually the SPLM/A-IO leader Riek Machar who happened to brought up his immediate family members and the sycophants groups to the leadership of the SPLM/A-IO.

This fact of capturing the power by the family members is very dangerous and it’s eventually disintegrated the organizations into the ethnics, clanistic and sectional kind of affiliations which sometimes ended up in the civil wars in many countries.

This is the reality of as to “WHY COMRADES GO TO WAR ”

M7 have imported this culture of eliminating the comrades members into the SPLM/A ruling party of South Sudan that has culminated in to the mass killings of different ethnics groups by Salva Kiir as the leader of the SPLM/A.

Riek Machar is now doing the same scenario replacing his immediate comrades with people like James Kok Ruae, the late Telar Ring Deng and many others including the humanitarian political actors because he is feeling a least criticism from these groups.

They are just flattering him and his wife plus the entire family members.  This situation has allowed General Salva Kiir to seatbelts and utilized as an opportunity of dividing the SPLM/A-IO and ignoring the Revitalize peace agreement.

Because Salva Kiir has realized that Riek Machar is not actually for the reforms agenda, he is just only for his immediate Adok homeland members interests.
