South Sudan’s president’s security advisor Tutkew Gatluak Manime will be appointed as an ambassador to Sudan, a reliable source disclosed to Ramciel via WhatsApp on Friday.

These changes are necessary for preparation for the upcoming general election, the sources further clarify.
This could be behind the widely expected reshuffling in the coming weeks. There is an instruction to weed out every person loyal to Vice President Taban Deng Gai, the same source suggested.

For strategic purposes, important changes are needed before next year. H.E Vice President Gen. Taban Deng Gai and his group are the targets.

Recent appointments left out the group of the Vice President, H.E Gen. Taban Deng.

The group wrote a petition to the Prime Minister of Sudan, H.E Abdalla Hamdok who is currently the leader of IGAD, seeking the formation of the TGoNU to be put on halt until an agreement is made to accommodate them.

The letter details the disappointment the group is experiencing toward H.E President Salva Kiir Mayardit for violating the agreement.
They accuse president Kiir of leaving them out from the recent appointments to various capacities in the country.

According to details of the document obtained by Ramciel, President Kiir is set to reshuffle Vice Presidents, a list of governors, and national ministers of the R-TGONU.

The same sources familiar with details told Ramciel, the president has gained more power recently than before. He can remove, reinstate and appoint whoever.

This is why the upcoming reshuffling is mind-blowing that will affect tops political leaders suspected of secretly forming alliances to hurt Kiir’s political career.

“I want to tell you something which is not considered serious for now but soon will be of significance. Well, I have no more details but let me share with you what is going to happen soon. There is a reshuffling coming up very soon.”

The president will put in the positions of power men and women who are loyal to him, the source added.
He believes these people are capable to deliver services and will never betray the President.

Kiir, he said, is set to sign key developmental projects with foreign countries but some people are not trusted to handle such details.

“Top candidates for deference position vice president and governorship and national ministries of the R-TGONU, bellow are sons of the Land of South Sudan who opted to deliver service to the people of South Sudanese.”

“Unity State governor, H.E Dr. Joseph Nguen Monytuel will replace Gen. Taban Deng. Hon. Danie Awet Akot as speaker of the National Assembly. Gen. Akol Koor Kuic to be a move to the office of president. Hon. Nhial Deng Nhial will be appointed as the minister of Foreign Affairs. He is capable of that job. As Election is near, someone is familiar with the international politics is needed by the president.”
