The United Nations Human Rights Council has during its 45th session released two conference room papers about S. Sudan’s human rights situation.

Commission on Human Rights in South Sudan posted the below paper on their twitter handle yesterday.

South Sudan has been in conflict with itself for last 10 years and the humanitarian situation is critically disturbing. Even though the peace agreement of September 2018 is being slowly implemented, the citizens remain hopeless about any change towards good governance. At least majority have admitted to some sort of absolute change after the ‘departure’ of SPLM.
