The Inspector General of Police, Majak Akech has identified a University of Juba student, (24yr old) Fourth Year, and in the school of medicine as the prime suspect in the murder of the three siblings in Rock City which shocked the whole of South Sudan.
According to the inspector general, Emmanuel Lokiri is the suspected murderer of the children (three siblings) who were slaughtered in Rock City two weeks ago.
The Inspector General also confirmed that the murdered is a close relative to the family.
The suspected criminal is currently held under police custody while further investigations being carried out. The rest of the suspects (16) in number were released today also.
