Juba (Ramciel)-Arrangements to hand over power to the Director of Internal Security Chief, Gen. Akol Koor Kuch is now on the final stage, critical sources with the knowledge of these arrangements has contact Ramciel to inform the general public.
President Salva Kiir’s inner circle has been meetings in secret places as they design to transfer power and prepare the nation for the Post-Kiir leadership, added the same source familiar with this development.
Proves of this scheme include the sudden promotion of Akol Koor from the LT. General to General. Several generals have been retired. President Kiir’s visit to South Africa in April was a testing ground for any perceived threats toward this particular preparation.
An anonymous source who speaks to Ramciel said that the removal of the Chief of Military Intelligence LT. Gen. Rin. Tueny Mabior was designed and calculated. Tueny poses an imminent threat to the rise of Akol.
There is a plan to eliminate several military generals within the SSPDF through poisonous gas or predetermined failed medical treatment in collaboration with foreign powers in the neighboring countries, added the same source. Confirming the speculations posed by Prophet Abraham Chol, he said the President is set for another visit in July and never to return.

One strong reason for the planned assassination of these individuals came as a concern raised by Akol Koor that should the President leave this month, the people mentioned above may frustrate the implementation of their power transfer arrangement”, he added.
He claims that this disclosure is valid and should not be ignored. Asked whether the leadership of the SPLM is anyhow aware of this plot, he said only a few are in touch with the reality.
“As you can see, powerful SPLM figures are eliminated one by one. Some die others out of the power circle. This message is to alert the general public that all has finally been done to hand over the power to Akol Koor Kuc by President Salva Kiir.
