Uganda is sending it’s army generals for ‘special assignments’ to South Sudan causing suspicious of a looming war.
Among the generals sent, Maj. Gen. James Birungi has been assigned special assignments to South Sudan depicting South Sudan as a Ugandan colony.
Museveni’s involvement in the South Sudanese conflict has been bold. Though drawing world wide criticism, President Museveni continue to boldly involve and tarnish the sovereignty of South Sudan.
