20/06/2020 – (E.E.S) – on Tuesday 16th of June, four South Sudanese among which two women were present, one Ethiopian and one Sudanese national were killed.
The incident happened between Ngauro and Kapoeta Highway last week.
This was carried out by gunmen and according to eye witnesses, the gunmen were from the neighbouring area. After looting the traders’ property, they burnt them to a near beyond recognition.
The government have not aired out any information to condemn such acts.
The insecurity of the country has been on the rise with many people fearing for their lives.
