General Akol Koor Kuc also the Director General of Internal Security Bureau at South Sudan’s National Security Service (NSS) sets one pre-condition for release of former governor of Northern Bahr el Ghazal state Kuel Aguer whom the agency arrested on Monday,

His arrest was effected on Monday just few days after forming a civil rights advocacy group with an adverse goal to mobilize the people of South Sudan as a result of a developing citizen dissatisfaction in the current regime.

In the meantime, Rajab Muhandis and Abraham Awolich are currently on the ran for their dear lives after surviving the whisk of arrests by the National Security Service (NSS). The two are co-founders of the People’s Coalition for Civil Action (PCCA) and activists highly wanted.

Due to their conscience and well coordinated efforts, they managed to flee the capital following Aguer’s arrest earlier this week and now in hiding.

With their whereabouts unknown, our source learnt about the National Security Service’s condition regarding Aguer’s release.  General Akol Koor won’t release Aguer until Muhandis and Abraham Awolich surrender.

Despite several attempts to secure Aguers release, unless the two missing co-founders are found, Aguer can’t yet be release. This leaves his stake to hang in a balance.
